Yes — all plans include a 7-day free trial, including Self-Serve, Managed, and Partner client accounts. No charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before it does.

What's the difference between Self-Serve and Managed?

Self-Serve is SaaS — you get platform access, configure your own workflows, and run everything yourself. No setup fee, lower monthly cost. Managed means BPA sets up, runs, and optimises everything — with a dedicated account manager included.

Can I start Self-Serve and upgrade to Managed later?

Yes. Pay the one-time setup fee and move to the Managed monthly rate. We migrate your existing configuration — nothing is lost.

What are the fair-use limits on AI Webchat, Voice AI, and Support Desk?

Self-Serve plans include 500 conversations, 200 voice minutes, or 500 tickets per month. Managed plans include 2,000 conversations, 1,000 voice minutes, or 2,000 tickets. Above those limits, usage-based pricing applies — contact us for rates.

How does annual billing work?

What does the stack setup fee cover?
